The client helps the global insurance market handle millions of claims each year in the most cost-effective and efficient ways possible. The Group is embarking on an exciting and challenging transformation program and our software solutions are a driving force behind this strategy using cloud computing and leading-edge design patterns. We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to join the project for an 6- month engagement . Key Responsibilities: Programme governance Build and maintain an integrated end-to-end plan across all workstreams Define and track milestones, deliverables, owners and dependencies Track plan vs. actual; run a weekly RAG status and decision cadence Own the overall status as the single source of truth Rollout and scale-up Ensure readiness for OEM/insurer rollouts (incl. regional readiness, E2E process/SOP) Define and monitor go/no-go criteria Synchronise repair-shop onboarding, training (incl. train-the-trainer), product releases and insurer integrations Steer rollout, hypercare and handover to business-as-usual Dependency and critical-path management Separate must-haves for the next rollout from items that can follow later Identify technical deliverables that block volume Make dependencies between OEM, insurer, gateway, operations and network visible Surface resource and prioritisation conflicts that put dates at risk Product and process stabilisation Create transparency on incidents, defects and workarounds (age, resolution time, root causes, owners) Drive root-cause resolution of recurring issues Prevent permanent manual workarounds from replacing technical fixes Track reduction of lead time and touchpoints KPI and performance management Build or consolidate a KPI framework: volume actual vs. forecast, open cases, process deviations, manual touchpoints Measure lead times across process checkpoints: coverage confirmation, repair-estimate approval, estimate resubmission, invoice approval, payment confirmation Manage incidents/defects by count, age and resolution time Track repair-shop activation and usage and technical/operational readiness Resource and prioritisation management Spot bottlenecks early and make their impact transparent Steer prioritisation within the programme Make prioritisation needs versus other initiatives visible, based on facts Escalate decisions in time Stakeholder and management engagement Central coordinator between business, operations, product, gateway/IT, network development, OEMs, insurers and management Management reporting: status, changes since last report (with history), risks, dependencies, decisions, escalations Requirements: Must-have Very strong end-to-end programme management Experience in complex, cross-functional transformation/IT programmes Technical understanding to challenge dependencies and deliverables Rigorous task, risk, dependency and decision management Track record in rollout and scale-up programmes Stakeholder management up to executive level Strong analytical skills, KPI-driven Able to translate between business, operations and IT Strong delivery focus and consistent follow-up Upper intermediate English and German speaking language Nice-to-have Automotive/OEM Insurance and claims processes Repair-shop or network processes Digital process platforms, system integrations/interfaces Incident/defect/backlog management Change, training and rollout experience We offer*: Flexible working format - remote, office-based or flexible A competitive salary and good compensation package Personalized career growth Professional development tools (mentorship program, tech talks and trainings, centers of excellence, and more) Active tech communities with regular knowledge sharing Education reimbursement Memorable anniversary presents Corporate events and team buildings Other location-specific benefits *not applicable for freelancers
