SEED Madagascar is recruiting a Programme Officer in Fort Dauphin to support sustainable agriculture, rural livelihoods and climate-resilient farming programmes, including programme development, funding, donor reporting and evaluation.
Full job description
The officer helps develop funding proposals, prepares project reports, manages donor compliance, supports budgeting and project-management processes, contributes to communications, and builds capacity with national teams and partners. The position is for two years and is extendable.
Requirements & qualifications
A degree-level qualification or equivalent experience in agriculture, rural development, food security or a related field, at least two years of experience with similar programmes, and at least two years of experience across funding, project management, donor compliance and reporting. Fluent written and spoken English is required.
