This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Project Assistant Supervisor based in India. Take the next step in your career by leading a team responsible for recruitment operations across quantitative and qualitative market research projects. In this role, you will oversee Project Assistants, coordinate workloads, and ensure recruitment activities meet project specifications, quality standards, and deadlines. You will play a key role in monitoring performance metrics, improving recruitment outcomes, and maintaining effective communication with research panel members. Through coaching, training, and regular quality reviews, you will help your team build expertise and deliver consistent results. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize recruitment strategies, identify new sourcing opportunities, and improve operational efficiency. This opportunity is ideal for an organized, proactive professional who enjoys team leadership, problem-solving, and contributing to high-quality research services in a dynamic, technology-driven environment.

Assign projects and distribute workloads across the Project Assistants team, ensuring recruitment opportunities are actively monitored and priorities are managed effectively. Lead, mentor, train, and support team members by providing daily guidance, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and identifying opportunities for professional development. Maintain high standards of quality and consistency by reviewing work, conducting routine audits, providing constructive feedback, and ensuring compliance with established recruitment procedures. Oversee recruitment activities for assigned quantitative and qualitative research projects, ensuring recruitment plans are executed accurately, efficiently, and within agreed timelines. Apply knowledge of recruitment methodologies, internal platforms, audience targeting tools, email systems, and reporting resources to identify recruitment opportunities and assess internal feasibility. Monitor project reports, recruitment progress, and team performance to ensure internal recruitment resources are fully leveraged before external partner support is engaged, while avoiding excessive outreach to panel members. Coordinate with internal departments to align priorities, communicate team capacity, resolve operational challenges, and maintain a consistent experience for clients and research participants. Support team leadership with new initiatives, process improvements, recruitment guidelines, and the identification of additional sourcing channels. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts that strengthen team productivity, recruitment quality, operational consistency, and overall project delivery. Ensure work is conducted in accordance with applicable quality, information security, and market research standards, including ISO 20252:2019 and ISO 27001. Requirements A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred. Relevant coursework or experience in market research or healthcare is an advantage but not mandatory. At least two years of experience in market research, preferably in recruitment, sampling, or fieldwork operations. Previous experience supervising or managing employees is preferred, with the ability to provide direction, coaching, and performance support. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong English grammar and the ability to communicate clearly with colleagues and research panel members. Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency, and the ability to learn new technologies, platforms, and software quickly. Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the initiative to investigate issues, troubleshoot challenges, and identify practical solutions using available resources. Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with careful attention to detail and the capacity to multitask, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines. A self-motivated and adaptable approach, with the ability to reprioritize throughout the workday and remain productive in a changing environment. The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues to achieve project-specific and departmental objectives. A continuous-improvement mindset, with a willingness to learn, adapt to change, and identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and team performance. Willingness to work hours aligned with the US shift. Comfort participating in virtual meetings, training sessions, one-to-ones, interviews, and client- or candidate-facing calls with the camera on. Alternative arrangements may be considered where needed and handled confidentially through Human Resources. Commitment to following applicable market research quality and information security requirements, including ISO 20252:2019 and ISO 27001. Benefits Remote work opportunity: The position is listed as remote in India. Leadership experience: An opportunity to develop supervisory, coaching, and team management skills. Professional development: Exposure to market research recruitment, sampling operations, project delivery, and quality assurance. Technology-driven environment: Experience using recruitment platforms, audience tools, reporting systems, and operational technologies.
