This role combines project management, strategic analysis, and executive-level communication in a fast-paced federal healthcare environment. Working directly with senior client leadership, you will manage project timelines, monitor deliverables, identify risks, and develop actionable recommendations. You will also facilitate stakeholder meetings, prepare leadership briefings, and translate complex operational challenges into clear, practical solutions. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to gather information, data, feedback, and approvals for project deliverables. Prepare executive-level briefings and strategic materials that support planning, decision-making, and operational improvements. Analyze project information and develop data-driven recommendations to address operational challenges and align client objectives with measurable outcomes. Facilitate stakeholder discussions and working sessions to support collaboration, resolve issues, and maintain project momentum. Translate complex concepts, processes, and findings into clear, concise materials suitable for executive audiences. Provide administrative and programmatic support to ensure effective coordination and execution across projects. Requirements: The ideal candidate brings extensive project management experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and familiarity with federal healthcare initiatives and electronic health record solutions. Required qualifications include: At least eight years of relevant project management experience. This requirement may be reduced to four years for candidates who are licensed healthcare professionals, such as registered nurses (RN), medical doctors (MD), doctors of osteopathic medicine (DO), or doctors of dental surgery (DDS). Bachelor's degree. Legal authorization to work in the United States. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, and SharePoint or Microsoft Teams. Experience supporting large federal agencies. At least two years of experience with electronic health record solutions and decisional projects. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare polished executive materials and explain complex information in plain language. Strong attention to detail, time management, organization, and problem-solving abilities. Demonstrated ability to manage projects end to end, track deliverables, and communicate progress and risks transparently. Experience gathering, analyzing, and presenting data in accessible formats to support strategic recommendations. Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams while taking initiative and managing individual responsibilities independently. Capacity to quickly understand complex issues and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment. Preferred qualifications include: Advanced degree. Healthcare license or practical clinical experience in a hospital setting using an electronic health record.
