Full job description
The role owns client implementation from order submission through installation and completion, manages milestones and dependencies, coordinates carriers, vendors, sales and technical teams, tracks documentation, identifies risks, handles escalations and supports provisioning, billing, contracts, equipment and service activation.
Requirements & qualifications
The posting prefers a bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience and requires at least three years in telecom, technology implementation, client implementation or service delivery, familiarity with telecom products and carriers, technical aptitude and experience managing multiple client implementations end to end.
