Full job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Project Manager, NetSuite Consulting based in Brazil. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementations for clients across diverse industries. In this role, you will oversee multiple engagements, coordinating teams of consultants and managing project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and delivery quality. You will serve as a trusted client advocate, ensuring transparent communication, effective change management, and alignment between business objectives and technical solutions. Working closely with engagement leadership and the Project Management Office, you will apply structured governance practices and AI-enabled delivery tools to improve project outcomes. This remote opportunity combines client-facing leadership, operational discipline, team development, and continuous professional growth in a collaborative consulting environment.

End-to-End Project Delivery: Lead NetSuite implementation projects through all phases, including planning, design, build, verification, deployment, and transition, ensuring successful delivery against agreed objectives. Client Relationship Management: Act as the client's advocate throughout each engagement, lead project status meetings, manage expectations, and collaborate with engagement leadership on monthly steering committee meetings. Project Planning and Governance: Manage project scope, timelines, work breakdown structures, resource allocation, budgets, and deliverables while maintaining accurate and up-to-date project plans. Risk and Change Management: Maintain project risk, assumption, issue, and dependency (RAID) logs; identify and escalate risks proactively; document potential impacts on scope, schedule, and budget; and ensure proposed changes are assessed before implementation. Quality and Communication: Ensure project communications and deliverables meet quality standards, provide clear status updates, and support client change management initiatives. Resource and Financial Management: Maintain accurate time records, review consultant time entries before billing deadlines, forecast resource utilization and capacity, and communicate budget consumption weekly by project stage, activity, and resource. Operational Discipline: Keep project task lists and plans current, update RAID records promptly, and respond to internal guidance and client communications within established business timelines. Team Leadership and Development: Coordinate project teams, delegate appropriate work to junior consultants, support their professional development, and ensure effective collaboration across multiple workstreams. AI-Enabled Delivery: Apply AI-augmented tools to project planning, governance, risk tracking, status reporting, and knowledge management, while identifying opportunities to improve these practices. Knowledge Sharing and Firm Initiatives: Contribute reusable templates, playbooks, lessons learned, and methodology improvements; participate in internal improvement initiatives; and continue developing expertise across NetSuite products, project management tools, and industry domains. Requirements Education: Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. ERP Implementation Experience: Solid professional experience managing ERP implementation projects, ideally involving NetSuite or comparable enterprise systems. Consulting Background: Demonstrated experience managing projects in consulting or professional services environments, with an understanding of client engagement expectations and delivery standards. Project and Team Management: Experience leading teams of five or more professionals across multiple workstreams, with the organizational skills to coordinate complex projects and manage several engagements simultaneously. Project Governance and Financial Discipline: Strong capability in managing project plans, scope, budgets, timelines, resource allocation, utilization forecasting, time reporting, and delivery risks. Client Communication and Stakeholder Management: Excellent interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, and change management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. Operational Reliability: Consistent attention to detail, timely completion of administrative responsibilities, accurate forecasting, and the ability to incorporate coaching and leadership direction into daily work. Virtual Collaboration: Ability to work efficiently in a remote environment while maintaining productive client and team relationships, including leading on-site client workshops when required. AI-Enabled Workflows: Comfort working with AI-augmented delivery tools and contributing to the continuous improvement of project management processes. Preferred Certifications: Project management certifications such as PMP or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) are desirable. NetSuite Expertise: NetSuite product experience and relevant certifications are advantageous. Advanced Education: An MBA, master's degree, or other advanced qualification is a plus. Methodology and Knowledge Management: Experience contributing to organization-wide project methodologies, knowledge management, or operating model improvement initiatives is beneficial. Benefits Remote Work: Remote position based in Brazil, supporting flexibility and collaboration across distributed teams. Professional Development: Access to learning opportunities across project management, technology, consulting, and industry-specific topics. Certification Support: Funding and reimbursement for approved training, continuing education, professional development, and certification programs and exams. Career Flexibility: Opportunities to shape your career as either an individual contributor or a people manager, without a mandatory promotion-driven career path. Varied Client Engagements: Opportunity to work with major companies and business leaders across different industries and disciplines. Well-Being Resources: Access to company resources designed to support emotional, mental, financial, physical, and social well-being. Team Culture and Community: Opportunities to participate in team celebrations, interest groups, speaking events, and annual retreats. Retirement Plan: A 401(k) retirement plan with company matching of up to 6%, as described in the original posting. Eligibility and applicability for employees based in Brazil should be confirmed with the hiring team. Health and Insurance Benefits: The original posting lists a UnitedHealthcare medical plan, dental and vision coverage, life insurance, and accidental death and dismemberment insurance.
