Full job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Project Manager, SDK Delivery based in Spain. As a Project Manager, SDK Delivery, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of software development kits (SDKs) to external partners and customers, ensuring projects are completed on time and according to technical specifications. You will work at the intersection of engineering, product management, quality assurance, and external partnerships to coordinate priorities and drive successful releases. You will facilitate agile development cycles, translate product roadmaps into actionable plans, and maintain visibility into progress, risks, and dependencies. Collaborating with distributed teams across North America and Europe, you will help streamline communication and ensure effective remote execution. This hands-on role requires strong organizational skills, technical understanding, and a proactive approach to resolving delivery challenges. With a contract-to-hire structure, the position offers an opportunity to contribute to impactful software integration projects while building long-term professional relationships.

Plan, organize, and facilitate one-week agile sprint cycles, including sprint planning, kickoff meetings, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Partner with Product Management to translate roadmap priorities and business objectives into clear sprint plans, deliverables, and actionable tasks. Coordinate cross-functional activities across engineering and quality assurance teams to ensure SDK development, testing, and delivery remain aligned. Manage SDK release schedules, track milestones, and communicate timelines, progress, and delivery expectations clearly to internal stakeholders and external partners. Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks, dependencies, and blockers, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing disruption to sprint commitments. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including sprint outcomes, delivery plans, team velocity, project status updates, and key performance metrics. Facilitate communication and collaboration between distributed teams across North America and Europe, accounting for time-zone differences and ensuring stakeholders remain informed. Coordinate SDK delivery activities throughout the development lifecycle, from initial planning and implementation through quality assurance, release, and third-party integration. Monitor project progress and delivery performance, identify opportunities to improve agile processes, and implement practical changes that strengthen team efficiency and predictability. Act as a central point of coordination between technical and business stakeholders, ensuring requirements are understood, expectations are aligned, and delivery objectives remain clear. Requirements: At least 3 years of project management experience within software development or technology-driven environments. Demonstrated experience managing agile or Scrum processes, preferably involving short, one-week sprint cycles and frequent delivery milestones. Practical familiarity with SDK development lifecycles, software releases, and third-party integration workflows. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities, manage dependencies, and maintain consistent delivery progress. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with distributed teams and stakeholders across different time zones. Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Asana, Linear, or comparable platforms to track tasks, manage backlogs, and report on progress. Ability to work confidently with engineering and QA teams, understand technical requirements, and translate between technical details and business objectives. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset, with the ability to identify risks early, remove blockers, and adapt plans as project priorities evolve. A collaborative and accountable working style, with the ability to facilitate productive meetings, align stakeholders, and maintain clear ownership of deliverables. Comfortable working in a remote environment that requires independent execution, structured communication, and coordination across geographically distributed teams. Nice to have: Experience working with location-based services, mobile SDKs, or Internet of Things (IoT) platforms. A recognized project management certification, such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or an equivalent qualification. Previous experience managing relationships with external partners, coordinating technical integrations, or overseeing customer-facing software delivery. Familiarity with software release management, integration testing, and quality assurance processes. Benefits: Competitive hourly rate of $75 per hour . Contract-to-hire opportunity, with the potential for a longer-term professional engagement. Fully remote working arrangement. Opportunity to work closely with product, engineering, and QA teams on software delivery and integration projects. Exposure to SDK development, third-party integrations, and cross-functional collaboration within an international environment. Opportunity to contribute to agile process improvements and develop project leadership skills. Collaborative working environment with distributed teams across North America and Europe.
