Applications are open for the Propelling Black Entrepreneurship Program 2026 . Ready to strengthen your business and set it up for sustainable growth? Apply for the program and get the professional support you need to move your business forward.
Delivered by the FACE Coalition with support from the TD Ready Commitment, the program connects eligible Black entrepreneurs with professional legal, business planning and financial services valued at up to $2,500. Through trusted professional service providers Endlex Legal Inc. and MNP, participants receive expert guidance to strengthen their business foundations, improve their financial readiness and better prepare for financing and long-term growth.

The program offers:
Legal support from Endlex offers a range of eligible services that entrepreneurs may access based on their business needs. Options include a one-hour consultation; incorporation and minute book setup; shareholders’ agreements; template service and employment agreements; confidentiality and IP assignment agreements for tech founders; website agreements, including Terms of Use and Privacy Policies; privacy law compliance; lease agreement negotiation and drafting; regulatory compliance guidance; Small Claims legal counsel; template internal policies; and annual maintenance of minute books and corporate documents. Bilingual (English/French) services are available, with document translation upon request.
Business and financial services from MNP offers eligible entrepreneurs access to professional services tailored to their business needs. Depending on the support required, services may include developing or strengthening a business plan, preparing financial projections, preparing financial statements and providing tax filing support. These services can help entrepreneurs clarify their goals and strategy, strengthen financial planning and transparency, prepare for financing and support informed business decisions.
Eligibility
To apply, your business must:
Be operating in Canada for five years or less
Be identified as a Black-owned business
Have a valid Business Registration Number
Need professional support in one or more of the following areas:
Legal services, including incorporation and minute book setup; shareholders’ agreements; template service and employment agreements; confidentiality and IP assignment agreements for tech founders; website agreements such as Terms of Use and Privacy Policies; privacy law compliance; lease agreement negotiation and drafting; regulatory compliance; Small Claims legal counsel; template internal policies; and annual maintenance of minute books and corporate documents
Business planning, including developing or strengthening a business plan
Financial services, including financial statements and projections
Tax services, including tax filing support
Be owned by a Canadian citizen or permanent resident
