Coordinate with relevant government housing contractors and attorneys to achieve required property conveyance conditions, manage extensions, and support claim filing processes. Oversee eviction-related matters and coordinate the referral of eligible FHA loans for real estate-owned (REO) disposition, ensuring vendors follow established procedures. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of applicable investor, government, client, and internal policies, procedures, and system requirements. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred. At least 5 years of experience in mortgage default servicing or mortgage banking. At least 2 years of supervisory experience, including the ability to coach, motivate, and train employees. Strong understanding of mortgage industry practices, property preservation, and conveyance claims processes involving HUD, FHLMC, FNMA, and VA requirements. Experience with LPS-MSP (Mortgage Servicing Platform) and familiarity with related mortgage servicing and property management systems. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external vendors. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to prioritize competing responsibilities, make sound decisions, and manage high volumes of time-sensitive work. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines and contributing to team objectives. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information appropriately. Flexibility to work outside standard business hours, including occasional evenings or weekends, when required. Benefits: Annual compensation range: $58,700–$98,600, depending on qualifications, skills, and experience.
