This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Provider Compensation Analyst based in United States. This role provides analytical and consulting support across provider compensation programs and practices. You will work closely with Operations, Finance, Human Resources, providers, and other stakeholders to support compensation decisions. The position combines compensation analysis, benchmarking, forecasting, contract administration, and provider productivity insights. You will help evaluate compensation arrangements for Fair Market Value and Commercial Reasonableness while supporting compliant practices. Strong data accuracy and attention to detail will be essential when maintaining compensation workbooks, databases, and payroll information. The role offers an opportunity to influence compensation strategy while working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary healthcare environment. You will also contribute to process improvements and recommendations that balance competitiveness, cost effectiveness, and compliance.

Provide compensation consulting and analytical support to Operations, Finance, Human Resources, providers, and other internal stakeholders on provider compensation matters. Partner with operational leaders to assess the Commercial Reasonableness of provider compensation arrangements and practices. Analyze compensation, productivity, benchmarking, and other relevant data to develop recommendations supporting competitive, cost-effective, and legally compliant compensation programs. Support the design and analysis of specialty-specific provider compensation models, productivity metrics, and forecasts. Review provider contracts and related documentation and update provider workbooks with accurate compensation, productivity, FTE, and other relevant information. Maintain and audit databases and payroll systems to ensure provider compensation, FTE allocations, productivity, and related data remain accurate and reliable. Conduct quality assurance reviews of compensation data, analyses, and reporting to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity. Partner with external appraisers and consultants by providing requested data and supporting documentation for Fair Market Value assessments. Support provider compensation contract administration, including requesting contracts and amendments as directed. Track and communicate provider compensation action items during recurring service line and department meetings. Support departmental compensation processes and administrative activities, ensuring work is completed accurately, consistently, and on schedule. Identify data discrepancies, investigate underlying issues, and help improve processes that strengthen compensation reporting and administration. Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when working with sensitive provider, financial, and compensation information. Perform additional analytical and administrative duties as needed to support provider compensation initiatives. Requirements At least 1 year of experience in compensation, provider compensation, finance, data analytics, or a related field. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, data modeling, forecasting, and data analysis techniques. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to work effectively with business and financial data. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop practical recommendations. Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy and integrity. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage recurring deadlines and multiple priorities. Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary group of operational, financial, HR, and healthcare stakeholders. A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred. Experience supporting provider compensation programs, compensation benchmarking, productivity analysis, or provider financial operations is preferred. Ability to exercise sound judgment when handling confidential compensation and financial information. Ability to meet the physical and mental requirements of a primarily desk-based role, including sustained sitting and computer use, with occasional standing, walking, bending, squatting, and the ability to lift, push, or pull up to 10 pounds.
