Full job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Provider Growth Manager based in the United States. The Provider Growth Manager will drive sales, onboarding, and long-term growth among independent medical practices and referral partners across the United States. This role focuses on expanding adoption of innovative, evidence-based digital mental health treatments for conditions such as insomnia and anxiety. You will manage the full practice growth journey, from qualifying inbound leads and delivering product demonstrations to activating new accounts and generating repeat orders. Working closely with sales, provider experience, clinical transformation, key accounts, and market access teams, you will help healthcare providers integrate digital therapeutics into their workflows. The position combines full-cycle B2B sales, account management, provider education, and targeted business development. As part of an evolving commercial channel, you will contribute to developing scalable sales processes, onboarding resources, and strategies that improve practice engagement. This remote opportunity is ideal for a results-driven sales professional who enjoys building relationships, educating customers, and helping shape an emerging healthcare market.

Inbound sales and conversion Manage inbound interest from smaller medical practices and referral sources, responding promptly, qualifying opportunities, and scheduling next steps. Conduct discovery conversations and product demonstrations for providers and practice managers, explaining digital treatment options, ordering processes, and relevant billing considerations. Maintain consistent pipeline follow-up to convert interested practices into active customers and secure their first orders. Identify larger practices and health system opportunities and refer them to the appropriate sales leadership or territory management teams. Practice onboarding and activation Guide new practices through onboarding, including account setup, ordering procedures, patient communications, and activation workflows. Train providers, medical assistants, and practice staff on how to order digital treatments and help patients get started. Support practices with billing-related questions, including digital mental health treatment codes and payer coverage, involving Market Access specialists when additional expertise is needed. Drive newly onboarded practices toward their first orders and establish repeat ordering behaviors across multiple providers. Account management and growth Manage a portfolio of smaller practices and referral-partner accounts using scalable engagement strategies, including check-ins, office hours, webinars, and targeted outreach. Monitor ordering activity and activation data to identify declining engagement and intervene before practices become inactive. Increase utilization within existing accounts by engaging additional prescribers, expanding patient reach, and integrating referral processes into practice workflows. Serve as the primary contact for routine practice questions and coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical, billing, or contractual issues. Targeted outbound sales and partnerships Conduct focused outreach to priority accounts and practice segments in support of broader sales initiatives. Develop opportunities through referral partner networks and strengthen relationships that generate new practice leads. Support conferences and industry events through pre-event outreach, event participation, and post-event follow-up. Sales operations and continuous improvement Capture customer feedback and identify successful practices to improve sales materials, onboarding programs, training resources, and care pathway templates. Maintain accurate and up-to-date Salesforce records, including customer interactions, opportunity stages, pipeline status, and next steps. Help test and refine new approaches to prospecting, conversion, practice activation, and ongoing account support. Track key performance indicators, including inbound response times, new practice activation, conversion rates, time to first order, 90-day repeat ordering, account growth, and qualified outbound opportunities. Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. At least 4 years of B2B sales or account management experience selling to medical practices or provider groups. Relevant industry experience may include medical devices, diagnostics, laboratory services, sleep testing, durable medical equipment, pharmaceuticals, or software solutions sold to independent practices. Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets related to new accounts, orders, or revenue, supported by measurable results. Experience managing the full sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, product demonstrations, closing, onboarding, and initial account activation. Strong understanding of how smaller medical practices make purchasing decisions, including the roles of providers, office managers, and other decision-makers. Proven ability to manage a disciplined sales pipeline and maintain consistent follow-up across 50 or more practices at different stages of the customer journey. Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain unfamiliar products and processes clearly over the phone and through video meetings. Comfort working in an evolving commercial environment where processes are still being developed and refined. Strong organizational, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer needs and measurable business outcomes. Preferred qualifications: Familiarity with healthcare reimbursement and billing processes, including fee-for-service models, HCPCS/CPT codes, charge capture, and prior authorization. Experience launching or selling a new product or emerging category that requires customer education and market development. Previous experience working with referral networks, channel partners, or strategic partnerships. Background in behavioral health, sleep medicine, or primary care. Experience working within a startup or early-stage commercial organization. Familiarity with Salesforce and HubSpot or comparable CRM platforms. Benefits Annual base salary: $90,000–$110,000 USD, depending on location, experience, skills, and qualifications. Performance-based growth incentive tied to activating new practices and increasing order volume across managed accounts. Potential equity compensation, subject to the applicable compensation package. Additional employee benefits, with specific details determined by the employer's benefits program. Remote-first work environment, with the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States. Opportunity to contribute to the growth of evidence-based digital mental health treatments and expand access to non-drug care options. Direct visibility into commercial performance and the opportunity to influence sales strategy, practice engagement, and channel development. Collaborative work across sales, provider experience, clinical transformation, key accounts, and market access functions. Opportunity to help shape processes and playbooks within a developing healthcare technology market. Equal opportunity employment commitment, with consideration for qualified applicants in accordance with applicable fair-chance hiring requirements.
