The Public Service Commission Secretary, Mr. Paul Famba, on 17 August 2026, signed his Performance Contract with the Commission, reaffirming the institution’s commitment to accountability, performance and results-based management.

The signing, held at Commission House, Nairobi, marked an important step in aligning the leadership of the Commission Secretariat with the Commission’s strategic priorities, performance targets and institutional objectives.

Following the signing, Mr. Famba handed over the signed performance contract to the PSC Chairperson, Mr. Francis Meja.

The Performance Contract provides a framework for assessing the Commission Secretary/CEO’s performance against agreed targets and deliverables, while promoting efficiency, effectiveness and accountability in the execution of the Commission’s mandate.
