Full job description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Publisher Business Development Manager based in France. We are seeking an experienced Publisher Business Development Manager to drive publisher acquisition and revenue growth within the Google Multiple Customer Management (MCM) ecosystem. In this fully remote role, you will build a strong portfolio of digital publishers, with a particular focus on in-app and Connected TV (CTV) inventory. You will lead the entire acquisition journey, from prospecting and pitching to onboarding and technical integration. By developing trusted publisher relationships, you will help maximize monetization opportunities, improve advertising yield, and increase revenue performance. Working closely with technical teams and industry partners, you will contribute to a growing publisher network across web, mobile, news, gaming, entertainment, and finance. This opportunity is ideal for a commercially driven AdTech professional who combines strong business development skills with hands-on programmatic advertising expertise.
You will lead publisher acquisition and development, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience while building sustainable partnerships that support long-term monetization and revenue growth. Identify, research, prospect, pitch, and onboard publishers into the Google MCM account, managing the process from initial outreach and contract discussions through technical setup and first ad impressions. Prioritize the acquisition of in-app and CTV publishers while developing partnerships across web, news, gaming, entertainment, and finance. Guide publishers through Google Ad Manager delegated account setup, policy compliance requirements, and initial inventory configuration. Build and maintain strong publisher relationships, identifying opportunities to improve inventory monetization, yield optimization, fill rates, and revenue. Develop and execute outbound acquisition strategies using cold outreach, industry events, partner referrals, and qualified inbound leads. Monitor publisher performance following onboarding, proactively identifying opportunities to expand inventory and resolve performance issues. Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot integration challenges and ensure successful publisher activation. Stay informed about Google MCM policy updates, Google AdX eligibility requirements, and programmatic advertising trends affecting publisher monetization. Maintain an accurate acquisition pipeline and report on onboarding progress, performance metrics, and publisher revenue contribution. Meet publisher acquisition, onboarding, and revenue growth targets. Requirements: You bring a strong background in AdTech business development, practical experience with Google MCM, and the ability to independently develop publisher partnerships while identifying opportunities for commercial growth. At least 3 years of experience in business development, publisher acquisition, partnerships, or a similar role within the AdTech ecosystem. At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Google MCM, including delegated account setup, publisher onboarding, and policy compliance. Strong working knowledge of Google Ad Manager (GAM), including ad unit configuration, inventory types, targeting, and reporting. A proven track record of independently acquiring and developing relationships with mid-sized to large publishers. A solid understanding of programmatic advertising monetization, including CPM dynamics, floor pricing, deals, and relationships with supply-side platforms (SSPs) and Google AdX. An established network of digital publishers across web, mobile applications, or CTV. Familiarity with Google AdX eligibility requirements and publisher policy enforcement. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, including the ability to explain technical monetization solutions to non-technical stakeholders. A self-motivated, results-oriented approach, with the ability to manage a business development pipeline independently and achieve targets with minimal supervision. Strong organizational and technical problem-solving skills to coordinate publisher onboarding and resolve integration challenges. Benefits: Fully remote working arrangement. Full-time employment opportunity. Competitive salary. Opportunity to contribute directly to publisher acquisition, monetization strategy, and revenue growth within the programmatic advertising ecosystem. Exposure to diverse digital publishing verticals, including mobile applications, CTV, web, news, gaming, entertainment, and finance.
