The Purchasing Manager leads hotel procurement, supplier selection and evaluation, purchase requests and orders, tendering, stock planning and controls, coordination with operating departments, and purchasing records and compliance.
Requirements & qualifications
Applicants should have a bachelor's degree in materials or purchasing management or another relevant field plus three years of purchasing experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Fluent English is required; additional languages are preferred.
