Our client is a leading digital healthcare and telemedicine companyy, enabling patients to receive medical advice and, at the doctor’s discretion, prescriptions and sick notes directly through the app.

We are looking for a QA Engineer to join the Patient Experience team and help ensure the quality of their iOS, Android and web applications. The initial focus of the role will be on hands-on manual testing, particularly across mobile applications. Over time, you will have the opportunity to expand your responsibilities into test management and automation, using tools such as Xray and Claude to improve and streamline QA processes.

We are looking for someone with a solid QA foundation, strong mobile testing experience, curiosity about AI and, most importantly, a willingness to learn and continuously improve the way quality is delivered.

Responsabilities:

  • Perform hands-on manual testing across native iOS and Android applications, as well as web applications;
  • Plan and execute functional, regression, exploratory and other relevant testing activities;
  • Identify, investigate, document and track defects throughout the development lifecycle;
  • Collaborate closely with developers, product and other stakeholders in an Agile environment;
  • Contribute to test planning and continuously improve QA processes and test coverage;
  • Gradually develop and maintain structured test cases and test plans using Xray;
  • Explore the use of Claude and other AI tools to support testing, automate repetitive activities and improve QA workflows;
  • Contribute over time to the evolution of test automation within the team;
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve product quality and testing efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of professional QA/testing experience;
  • Solid hands-on experience testing mobile applications, particularly iOS and Android;
  • Strong experience with manual testing, including functional, regression and exploratory testing;
  • Experience working closely with software development teams in an Agile environment;
  • Familiarity with bug tracking and test management processes;
  • Familiarity with AI tools, ideally Claude, or a strong interest in incorporating AI into QA workflows;
  • Willingness to learn test management and automation tools and progressively take on more automation responsibilities;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Good communication and collaboration skills;
  • Fluent English.
