About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and proactive Radiology Assistant to join our dynamic Radiology team. Your responsibilities will include:Supporting MRI procedures and patient preparationAssisting radiographers and nursing staff across all imaging areasPatient transfers and positioning (involving physical duties)Cleaning and restocking clinical areasManaging workflow tasks to maintain efficiencyProviding reassurance and clear communication to patients and whānauThe role involves regular manual handling and physical activity, so a good level of fitness is essential.About UsHealth New Zealand - Te Whatu Ora - Southern has the largest geographical coverage of all the New Zealand regions, providing services to 350,000 people in diverse communities.
