Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate freight rates, compare pricing options, and identify competitive solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Strong customer-service orientation and practical problem-solving skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Operations, agents, and business partners across the United States and Canada. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and a high volume of work while meeting deadlines. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel. Demonstrated accountability, adaptability, business judgment, and customer-first thinking. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative, and evolving international trade environment. Benefits: Part-time employment with benefits.
