Full job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Recruiter, Performance Marketing based in the United States. As a Performance Marketing Recruiter, you will identify and attract exceptional talent across performance marketing, creative, and agency operations. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers and recruiting leadership to define hiring priorities and deliver high-quality candidates. Through targeted sourcing, structured interviews, and evidence-based assessments, you will evaluate candidates’ expertise, individual contributions, and potential to drive measurable results. You will build strong relationships with both active and passive candidates, ensuring a transparent and engaging experience throughout a multi-stage hiring process. Working in a fast-paced, high-growth digital marketing environment, you will help shape teams that deliver outstanding results for clients. You will also leverage AI-powered tools and recruiting technology to improve sourcing efficiency, candidate evaluation, and operational workflows. This remote opportunity is ideal for a strategic, detail-oriented recruiter who combines sound judgment, strong communication, and a commitment to hiring excellence.

You will own recruitment processes from initial search strategy through offer acceptance, ensuring hiring decisions are informed, efficient, and aligned with business needs. Your responsibilities will include: Define recruitment strategies: Partner with hiring managers and recruiting leadership to clarify role requirements, hiring priorities, and the skills and results that define exceptional performance. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: Lead sourcing, outreach, screening, candidate assessment, hiring team coordination, feedback, offer discussions, and closing conversations. Source high-performing talent: Identify and engage passive candidates through targeted research, personalized outreach, referrals, and long-term relationship building. Recruit across specialized functions: Build candidate pipelines for paid media, performance marketing, creative, and agency operations roles, developing a strong understanding of relevant platforms, technical skills, and performance expectations. Conduct in-depth interviews: Assess candidates’ individual contributions, technical knowledge, professional judgment, career goals, and compensation expectations through structured conversations and thoughtful follow-up questions. Provide evidence-based recommendations: Present candidates to hiring teams with clear assessments of their strengths, relevant experience, and areas requiring further exploration. Manage the candidate experience: Guide candidates through technical assessments, culture interviews, and executive discussions, keeping them informed and engaged at every stage. Coordinate hiring activities: Work with recruiting coordinators and interviewers to organize interviews, collect timely feedback, resolve outstanding questions, and maintain hiring momentum. Maintain accurate recruitment records: Update candidate profiles, interview notes, feedback, and pipeline stages in Workable. Support hiring administration: Use Workday to track requisitions, maintain accurate records, support approvals, and coordinate offer processes. Maintain job documentation: Keep job descriptions and requisition details current as hiring requirements and business priorities evolve. Support compensation and offers: Facilitate compensation discussions, help candidates make informed decisions, and ensure a smooth transition after offer acceptance. Improve recruiting operations: Apply AI tools to sourcing, research, outreach, and workflow optimization while retaining independent judgment in candidate assessment and communication. Enhance hiring quality: Identify opportunities to improve assessment methods, recruitment processes, and the overall candidate experience. Requirements: The ideal candidate is an experienced recruiter who can manage complex searches, assess specialized talent, and build trusted relationships with candidates and hiring stakeholders. You should bring: At least 5 years of recruiting experience, ideally within a marketing or advertising agency, staffing agency, or another fast-paced environment. A proven track record of identifying and engaging high-performing passive candidates for specialized positions. Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and managing multiple searches with competing priorities and diverse stakeholders. The ability to evaluate candidates’ actual contributions, depth of expertise, practical skills, and alignment with role requirements. Strong interviewing skills, including the ability to ask insightful follow-up questions and distinguish demonstrated expertise from rehearsed responses. Sound professional judgment when advocating for candidates, identifying concerns, and adjusting search strategies. Excellent candidate relationship management and communication skills, particularly throughout detailed, multi-stage interview processes. Confidence discussing compensation, managing offer negotiations, and supporting candidates through informed career decisions. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail across candidate pipelines, requisitions, interview feedback, and hiring documentation. Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS); familiarity with Workable and Workday is an advantage. Curiosity about emerging recruiting technologies and practical applications of AI to sourcing, assessment, and workflow efficiency. The ability to collaborate effectively, manage changing priorities, and maintain high recruitment standards in a dynamic environment. Benefits: Competitive compensation: Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses. A specific salary range is not provided in the available job description. Uncapped compensation model: The organization describes a revenue-sharing approach in which approximately 40% of top-line revenue is shared with the team monthly; the precise eligibility and application of this model to this position are not specified. Remote work flexibility: Freedom to work remotely from a location where you feel comfortable, with access to an office environment if preferred. Health coverage: Medical, dental, and vision insurance. Retirement benefits: 401(k) matching plan. Paid time off: Paid leave and holidays. Insurance protection: Life and accident insurance, plus short-term and long-term disability plans. Family support: Paid parental leave and family-forming benefits. Employee well-being: Employee Assistance Programs and access to virtual health services. Healthcare spending options: Health Savings Account (HSA), Health Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Limited Purpose FSA, and Dependent Care FSA. Additional support: Access to MetLife Legal Plan Services and Cigna Secure Travel. Professional development: Opportunities for learning, career growth, and continued skill development. Work equipment: New MacBook Pro. Collaborative culture: An environment that values problem-solving, ownership, innovation, execution, thought leadership, and teamwork.
