What You’ll Do

  • Run pilots on new interview formats, tooling, automation, or candidate experience upgrades.

  • Standardize documentation, templates, rubrics, and workflows.

  • Build scalable systems that reduce interviewer load while increasing signal quality.

Track Analytics & Funnel Health

  • Monitor conversion rates across stages and identify drop-offs.

  • Analyze scheduling velocity, interviewer bandwidth, and pipeline health.
