Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in the UAE and possess a deep understanding of both blue-collar and white-collar recruitment processes.
Responsibilities:
1. Conducting recruitment activities for both blue-collar and white-collar positions.
2. Utilizing talent mapping techniques to identify potential candidates.
3. Utilizing various job portals such as Bayt, Naukrigulf, and LinkedIn for sourcing candidates.
4. Closing niche skills job positions effectively and efficiently.
5. Developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
6. Negotiating and finalizing offers with selected candidates.
7. Maintaining a comprehensive database of previously shortlisted candidates.
8. Successfully closing white-collar positions within the construction industry.
9. Organizing and executing recruitment drives overseas for blue-collar positions.
10. Shortlisting candidates who meet the age requirement of 30 years or above.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, particularly in the UAE market.
3. Proven experience in both blue-collar and white-collar recruitment.
4. Strong knowledge of talent mapping techniques and sourcing strategies.
5. Proficiency in using job portals such as Bayt, Naukrigulf, and LinkedIn.
6. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
7. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
8. Demonstrated ability to think strategically and provide innovative recruitment solutions.
9. Previous experience in closing niche skills job positions is highly desirable.
10. Prior experience in the construction industry is a plus.
