Join Our Journey to Excellence in Calibration Services

Accredited Labs is a rapidly growing national calibration platform, built on a foundation of technical expertise, quality, and customer commitment.

With a network of accredited laboratories across the United States, we continue to expand and invest in the people and systems that ensure consistent, high-quality service across every location.

As part of this growth, we are adding a Regional Quality Manager to our Quality Team to support and strengthen our ISO/IEC 17025:2017 Quality Management System across multiple laboratories.

Position Overview

The Regional Quality Manager is responsible for oversight of the Quality Management System (QMS) across 10-12 ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratories within the Accredited Labs -network.

This is a remote position with a preference for candidates located in the Eastern half of the United States, with approximately 50% travel required.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring compliance, driving consistency, and elevating technical quality across multiple locations.

What You’ll Do

• Ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and internal quality requirements. • Prepare for and actively participate in internal audits and external accreditation assessments (A2LA, ANAB, etc.). • Serve as a key point of contact with accrediting bodies. • Oversee corrective actions, nonconformances, and customer complaints in partnership with local branch quality representatives. • Provide quality oversight for 10–12 laboratory locations. • Drive consistency in procedures, documentation, and execution across sites. • Support the integration of newly acquired laboratories into the Accredited Labs Quality Management System (QMS). • Lead technical oversight with a strong focus on technical competence. • Review and evaluate uncertainty budgets for technical accuracy and consistency; create new budgets as needed. • Support method validation, verification, and technical problem-solving. • Identify and implement process improvements aligned with accreditation requirements. • Support training and competency development across branches. • Contribute to standardization efforts, including the use of IndySoft calibration software.

What You Bring

Required: • Strong knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025:2017 • Experience with accrediting bodies such as A2LA or ANAB • 5+ years of experience in a commercial accredited calibration laboratory environment • Experience supporting or leading internal audits and external assessments • Ability to work independently in a remote, multi-site environment

Preferred: • Advanced expertise in measurement uncertainty (electrical strongly preferred) • Experience with IndySoft calibration management software • Multi-discipline calibration experience • Experience supporting a growing or multi-site organization

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a high-accountability professional who takes ownership and thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. This is not a passive role. Success requires strong initiative, responsiveness, and a willingness to engage deeply with both technical and operational challenges across the organization.

While technical expertise is critical, we place equal value on work ethic, adaptability, and a proactive mindset. We value practical problem-solvers who take initiative and drive results.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary and performance-based incentives

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance

  • 401(k) plan with company match

  • Paid time off (PTO) and company holidays

  • Life and disability insurance

  • Opportunities for career growth and advancement

  • Ongoing training and professional development

  • Remote work flexibility with travel support
