Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) – Antioch, TN Company: Open Doors ABA, a Finni Health company Job Type: Full-time. Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 3:00pm Location: In-person, In-School Pay: $24 - $28 per hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Part-time Open Doors ABA Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with autism and looking for a rewarding career in ABA therapy? - Opportunities for growth within our expanding company About the Role: As an RBT with Open Doors ABA, you’ll work closely with children and their families, providing compassionate and effective behavior therapy. You’ll have the support of a skilled clinical team and structured supervision to help you succeed and grow in your role. Key Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision
- Track client progress and record accurate session notes
- Engage with children in fun, educational activities to foster growth and learning Schedule:
- Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 3:00pm Qualifications:
