We are seekinga Registered Nurse preferably with wound care, drain care and procedural assistance experience but please do not hesitate to apply ifyou are at an early stage in your career.This role will workrostered shifts, scheduled across Monday to Friday (8am/9am to 4:30pm/5:30pm),no nights or weekends/public holidays are required.Please note thisrole is open only to current staff of Health New Zealand. Please do not applyif you are not currently employed by Health New Zealand.About YouYou will be anenergetic and reliable person and work proactively to provide high-qualitypatient care. You should have excellent time management and be able to workwell within a team.Skills andExperience:Registered with the Nursing Council of New Zealand with a current Annual Practising Certificate (APC)Minimum of 3 years General Surgery or General Medicine experience Wound and drain care, procedural assistance experience preferredExcellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships with a strong patient focus.Ability to work under pressureExcellent time management and attention to detailWork collaboratively in a multidisciplinary teamThe ability to be adaptable, flexible and solution focusedWorking atHealth New ZealandHealth New Zealand| Te Whatu Ora is dedicated to ensuring excellent healthcare for the people ofNew Zealand.
