Working shifts will be rostered Monday to Saturday between 7am and 11pm.The unit provides a 24-hour on-call service, and all staff will be included once assessed as competent. With the mountains, city and sea at your doorstep, you'll get to taste the best of both worlds - the perfect blend of rural and city living.About youAt least two years medical /surgical experience as a New Zealand registered nurse or Nursing Council equivalent registered nurse in an acute secondary facility At least two years post registration experience with at least one year in Haemodialysis in an equivalent secondary care facility outside of New Zealand AND completion of the CAP traininghave a knowledge of the process of kidney disease and treatment options and an understanding of the implications of caring for patients with chronic illnessesYou will have achieved or be working towards PDRP Level 3 or 4.Previous experience will be an advantage, but full training will be provided to the suitable applicant.About the LocationManawatū offers the perfect blend of city convenience and rural charm.
