Looking across thousands of data sources across the globe, the data team is responsible for making sense out of that data to create the world’s most extensive and comprehensive knowledge base of healthcare stakeholders and the ecosystem they influence.
WHAT YOU'LL DO AT H1

Maintain a dashboard of data coverage across our data assets

Become a subject matter expert related to conference and clinical trial data

Understand Conference data across regions and support the collection of conference data

Operate as a data steward to validate and inform our data quality and completeness

Collaborate with team members in the United States and India

Have a good Understanding on collection of data points and make sure they are in line with process guidelines

Able to identify exceptional scenarios and escalate it to next level

Create and maintain HCPs/HCOs using data from different sources

Use the data and information gathered through secondary research and convert that to synthesize, organize and present information in a structured manner ABOUT YOU

Flexible working across various internal projects

Able to learn quickly and adapt to change

Able to prioritize and multi-task under tight schedules

Be a ‘Logical Thinker’ with a data QA mindset

Provide mentorship to new team members and help them in resolving their queries
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience in Secondary research in healthcare/life sciences data collection, interpretation & organization.
- Expert understanding of the data collection process
- Graduate in any life science degree with exposure to research, analysis, and content writing
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Basic proficiency in Excel preferred
