Maintain regulatory compliance: Ensure that all work adheres to Good Clinical Practice (GCP), applicable industry standards, regulatory requirements, ethical principles, and established laboratory procedures. Document activities accurately: Maintain complete and reliable records of imaging assessments, workflows, and other laboratory activities to support traceability, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance. Contribute to continuous improvement: Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), identify opportunities to improve processes, and perform additional duties as assigned to support laboratory objectives. Requirements: Education and qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, or an appropriate professional qualification as a Registered Nurse (RN), Physician Assistant (PA), or Pharmacist. Echocardiography accreditation: Relevant formal echocardiography accreditation is required. Professional experience: At least two years of relevant experience in echocardiography acquisition and image analysis following accreditation is recommended. Technical imaging expertise: Familiarity with transthoracic echocardiography analysis is required, with the ability to accurately review and quantify cardiac imaging data. Additional imaging knowledge: Experience with tissue Doppler imaging (TDI), congenital cardiac pathologies, and/or strain imaging is preferred. Imaging software proficiency: Experience using Philips Ultrasound Workspace or TomTec software is an advantage. Digital and analytical skills: Comfortable using computer systems, databases, and specialized applications, with the ability to learn new software and technical tools efficiently. Independent working capability: Able to work autonomously following an initial period of role-specific technical training while maintaining high standards of accuracy and productivity.
