Facilitate client discussions, project meetings, and research readouts, presenting complex findings clearly and confidently alongside project leadership. Navigate challenging client situations with professionalism, sound judgment, and a solutions-oriented approach. Maintain a strategic perspective by understanding the broader implications of research findings for client accounts, long-term business objectives, and commercial decision-making. Contribute to the growth and development of the research practice by supporting business development activities, strengthening client partnerships, and helping expand service offerings. Requirements: Three to five years of experience in quantitative and/or qualitative market research, preferably within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry. Demonstrated experience managing primary market research projects from research design through analysis, synthesis, and presentation of findings. Strong understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, data collection techniques, and approaches to ensuring data quality. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex information and translate findings into clear, actionable business recommendations. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present research insights effectively to clients and internal stakeholders. Professional judgment, adaptability, and confidence in managing client interactions, including challenging discussions and competing priorities. A strategic mindset and the ability to connect research findings with broader commercial objectives in the biopharmaceutical sector. An advanced degree, such as a PhD, MBA, or master's degree, is preferred. Work arrangement: Remote position open to candidates based in the United States.
