Make a tangible difference in the lives of individuals and the health of our community.   Team Overview: Aizer Health is expanding its Sunday specialty dental services and is seeking current residents and fellows in the following specialties: Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery to provide care on select Sundays throughout the month. Join a supportive and collaborative dental team equipped with modern technology, experienced clinical support staff, and a growing patient population. This opportunity is ideal for providers in current residency programs seeking supplemental clinical hours, flexibility, and the ability to make a meaningful impact in an underserved community. Collaboration fuels our innovation and drives our success.  Empowering Success: We believe in empowering our team members to reach new heights, fostering a culture of growth and achievement.  Nurturing Growth : Personal and professional growth isn't just encouraged; it's nurtured, supported, and celebrated.  Work Hours:  Sunday Opportunities Available Sundays: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Flexible scheduling with opportunities ranging from one Sunday per month to multiple Sundays per month Additional weekdays may be available based on provider interest and patient demand Position Overview:    Oral Surgeon Responsibilities Perform surgical consultations and treatment planning Conduct routine and complex extractions, including impacted third molars when appropriate Evaluate and manage oral pathology and surgical conditions Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care Collaborate with referring providers and dental specialists General Responsibilities Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Participate in quality improvement initiatives and provider meetings Deliver exceptional patient-centered care in accordance with organizational standards Work collaboratively with clinical and administrative support staff Fellows Welcome Current Pediatric Dentistry and Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Fellows and Residents are encouraged to apply. Applicants must be in good standing and have approval, if required, from their residency or fellowship program to participate in outside clinical practice. Minimum Qualifications:    DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Current New York State Dental License DEA registration and applicable sedation privileges (if appropriate) Preferred Qualifications:   Experience working in a community health center or public health setting Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) Experience with Dexis digital radiography Bilingual skills are a plus Pay & Benefits:    $100-$120 per hour, commensurate with experience.  Flexible Sunday schedule Opportunity to build a referral base within a growing multi-specialty organization Collaborative clinical environment Modern equipment and dedicated support staff Potential for expanded clinical opportunities within Aizer Health's growing dental department
