Create, maintain, and distribute sales playbooks, templates, collateral, and other resources tailored to each stage of the sales funnel. Ensure commercial teams have the knowledge, tools, and processes needed to engage customers effectively and achieve their targets. Support continuous improvement through practical training, coaching, and knowledge sharing. Performance Measurement and Reporting Improve the accuracy and consistency of business reporting, sales forecasting, and performance tracking. Define, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales efficiency and overall revenue health. Build transparent reporting models for pipeline management, revenue forecasting, and customer renewals. Develop performance dashboards that provide actionable insights to commercial leaders and support data-informed decision-making. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. At least 7 years of experience in sales operations, revenue enablement, revenue operations, sales and marketing strategy, go-to-market operations, or pricing. Experience in B2B technology, agricultural technology, or the agriculture industry is preferred. Strong communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to coach stakeholders and influence cross-functional teams. Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple training, content, and operational workstreams in a fast-paced environment. A proactive, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving, data hygiene, documentation, and process accuracy.
