In this role, you will manage Requests for Information (RFIs) and support Request for Proposal (RFP) activities, ensuring that customer-facing deliverables are accurate, compelling, and professionally presented. You will collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders across multiple departments to gather insights, analyze business data, and develop tailored responses that strengthen competitive positioning. The position also involves preparing capability reports, maintaining knowledge management platforms, and responding to business intelligence requests. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a collaborative, global environment. This is an opportunity to contribute to strategic business growth while supporting an organization dedicated to advancing clinical research and improving patient outcomes.

Manage RFI and RFP activities: Coordinate the end-to-end RFI process, from initial intake and requirements analysis through information gathering, drafting, compilation, and final quality review. Coordinate cross-functional contributions: Work closely with global sales, business operations, proposals teams, solutions consultants, and subject matter experts to collect accurate information and develop comprehensive customer-ready responses. Gather and organize business intelligence: Collect global project experience and capability data, prepare relevant reports, and format information into clear, customer-friendly templates while protecting confidential details. Prepare analytical reports: Generate reports from internal databases and systems, including SEMS, and present findings and relevant data to internal requesters. Manage project timelines: Coordinate strategy calls, track milestones, monitor dependencies, and ensure deliverables are completed within customer-driven deadlines. Maintain content management systems: Update and organize information across platforms such as Loopio, SharePoint, and Highspot to ensure content remains accurate, accessible, and reusable. Ensure quality and consistency: Review deliverables for accuracy, completeness, consistency, formatting, and professional presentation before submission. Respond to ad hoc requests: Support internal stakeholders with timely information, research, data analysis, and other business intelligence needs. Strengthen collaboration and efficiency: Build productive working relationships across teams, manage competing priorities, and contribute to continuous improvements in RFI processes and content management practices. Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field. Professional experience: At least 3 years of general work experience, ideally involving business operations, sales support, proposal coordination, research, data analysis, or information management. Analytical capabilities: Ability to understand, interpret, organize, and present analytical data in a clear and meaningful way. Written and verbal communication: Strong English communication skills, with the ability to draft professional responses, synthesize information from multiple sources, and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Organization and time management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously, prioritize competing demands, and meet strict deadlines while maintaining attention to detail. Quality orientation: A meticulous approach to reviewing information, ensuring consistency, and producing accurate, polished, customer-facing materials. Client-focused mindset: Commitment to understanding customer requirements and delivering responsive, relevant, and high-quality information. Confidentiality and professionalism: Ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive business information and confidential data. Collaboration and adaptability: Comfortable working in a matrixed, cross-functional environment, building relationships with subject matter experts, and adapting to changing priorities. Technology and learning agility: Willingness to learn internal databases, reporting tools, and content management platforms, including Loopio, SharePoint, Highspot, and other relevant systems. Benefits Competitive salary: Annual base salary ranging from $64,000 to $70,000, depending on experience, qualifications, skills, and location. Remote work: Home-based position in the United States, with the role identified as East Coast-based. Healthcare coverage: Medical, dental, and vision insurance. Retirement savings: 401(k) plan with employer matching contributions. Paid time off: Vacation, holiday, and sick leave. Flexible spending options: Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) and Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), subject to eligibility. Education support: Tuition reimbursement to support continued learning and professional development. Additional protection and wellness benefits: Life insurance and pet insurance, subject to applicable plan terms. Work-life balance: Benefits and programs designed to support employee well-being and personal commitments.
