Provide subject-matter expertise during customer conversations, clearly explaining risk decisions, fraud trends, and effective prevention practices. Coach analysts to communicate complex risk insights effectively to technical teams, business stakeholders, and customers. Promote consistent analytical judgment and operational discipline while balancing fraud losses, customer friction, revenue protection, and intelligent risk-taking. Represent the Risk Intelligence function in cross-functional initiatives, helping drive sustainable improvements in fraud detection and portfolio health. Requirements: At least 3 years of direct people management experience, including coaching, performance management, and developing effective teams. At least 5 years of professional experience in e-commerce, payments, fraud prevention, or risk management, including hands-on fraud investigations and emerging-threat response. Strong analytical judgment and the ability to balance financial risk, customer experience, revenue growth, and appropriate risk acceptance. Demonstrated experience developing operational standards, investigative playbooks, team workflows, and processes for continuous improvement. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex risk decisions and recommendations to technical, business, and customer audiences. Proven ability to collaborate across functions, particularly with data science, customer success, product, and engineering teams. Strong leadership, prioritization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to guide teams through complex and evolving fraud challenges.
