RPA Engineer (Data Center)

Project Description The specialist will join a newly established team supporting the company’s transition to an automation-first and AI-first operating model. The role focuses on delivering scalable and secure automation solutions across enterprise business functions while maintaining a high degree of technical ownership and independence. Technologies UiPath Automation Anywhere / Blue Prism / Power Automate / similar RPA platforms JavaScript / .NET MuleSoft Alteryx / Workiva / similar low-code/no-code automation platforms APIs Scripting SQL, Azure SQL / other relational DB NoSQL DB What You'll Do Design, develop, deploy, and enhance automation solutions supporting business processes across finance, operations, IT, and other enterprise functions; Work independently with minimal functional requirements, defining automation approaches, system integrations, and technical solutions for both custom-built and commercial enterprise systems; Evaluate automation platforms and select the most appropriate tools for each use case; Design and develop intelligent process automations and workflows using low-code/no-code platforms such as Alteryx, Blue Prism, UiPath, Power Automate, and Workiva; Build and maintain system integrations using APIs and middleware platforms such as MuleSoft; Design and work with relational and NoSQL databases, including Azure SQL, to support automation logic, data persistence, and reporting; Apply system architecture principles to ensure automation solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise standards; Apply master data management principles to maintain data consistency and integrity across automated processes; Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and improve business efficiency; Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize deployed automations to ensure reliability and performance; Document automation designs, data flows, and integration patterns to support long-term maintainability; Job Requirements 3+ years of professional experience in automation engineering, system integration, or a related technical role; Hands-on experience with UiPath or, alternatively, strong experience with another RPA platform (Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Power Automate) combined with JavaScript or .NET programming experience; Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL, including experience with Azure SQL or another relational database platform; Experience designing and consuming APIs for system integration; Practical scripting experience; Strong system architecture skills and experience designing end-to-end automation solutions; Understanding of master data management principles and enterprise data consistency; Understanding of product management principles, including prioritization and requirements documentation; Experience supporting multiple business functions within enterprise environments; Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and deliver solutions in a fast-paced environment; Readiness to maintain at least four hours of daily overlap with EST; RPA platform certification obtained within the past three years, preferably UiPath, is a plus; What Do We Offer The global benefits package includes: Technical and non-technical training for professional and personal growth; Internal conferences and meetups to learn from industry experts; Support and mentorship from an experienced employee to help you professional grow and development; Health insurance; Sports activities to promote a healthy lifestyle; Flexible work options, including remote and hybrid opportunities; Referral program for bringing in new talent; Work anniversary program and additional vacation days.
