Lebanese nationals who permanently reside in an eligible target country can apply for fully funded Saïd Foundation scholarships for one-year master’s degrees in the United Kingdom.
Complete scholarship details
The Foundation funds tuition fees, full maintenance and living costs for the course, an arrival allowance, visa and healthcare surcharge fees, and one economy return flight. Candidates normally apply to eligible courses at Foundation partner universities; non-partner courses are considered only in the limited circumstances stated by the Foundation.

Tips for this scholarship
Practical Job and Scholarship guidance. These tips do not replace official rules or create new eligibility requirements.
- Check eligibility, funding coverage, study/project level and every required document before investing time in the application.
- Prepare transcripts, references, language tests, proposal/motivation statement and proof documents early.
- Separate the scholarship deadline from any university/program admission deadline; they may be different.
- Treat “fully funded” as a source fact only when the official provider explicitly confirms the covered costs.
Verification notes
Verified against the Foundation’s current 2027/28 application page, timetable, scholarship overview, eligibility criteria and FAQ. The official deadline is 5:00pm UK time on 30 October 2026; the UK is on GMT on that date, so 17:00 UK time equals 17:00 UTC.
