Contribute to national commercial strategy and long-term planning, translating market insights into regional and segment-specific growth initiatives. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education qualification. Previous experience in technical B2B sales, preferably within industrial markets and solutions involving complex equipment. Strong understanding of industrial markets, customer needs, competitive dynamics, and B2B sales cycles. Ability to manage sales pipelines, forecasts, strategic accounts, and business development activities in a structured manner. Intermediate English proficiency. Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building, analytical, and organizational skills. Commercial mindset with the ability to combine technical understanding with customer and business needs. Availability to travel regularly as required by customers, distributors, and commercial activities. Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Benefits Fully remote work model in Brazil. Full-time employee position. Opportunity to work with industrial B2B sales, technical products, distributors, and strategic customers. Broad exposure to regional sales strategy, market development, aftermarket services, and channel management.
