Sales Consultant

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in UAE real estate sales, with good knowledge of the Dubai property market and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through calls, networking, referrals, social media, and other sales channels.
• Understand clients’ property requirements, budgets, and investment objectives.
• Present suitable residential and commercial properties based on client requirements.
• Conduct property viewings and provide clients with accurate project and property information.
• Follow up with leads and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Assist clients throughout the sales process, from initial enquiry to closing the transaction.
• Build and maintain a strong network of buyers, investors, landlords, and property developers.
• Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate market, new launches, projects, pricing, and market trends.
• Negotiate with clients and support the closing of property transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in the company’s CRM.
• Consistently work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
• Provide regular updates to management regarding leads, prospects, and sales pipeline.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in UAE real estate sales.
• Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market is preferred.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and presentable with a strong customer-service mindset.
• Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
• Candidates with experience in off-plan or secondary market sales are preferred.
