Protect confidential information: Follow security and privacy policies to safeguard company information and customer data. Support departmental initiatives: Participate in projects and other operational activities as assigned by management to improve processes and overall team performance. Requirements: Sales and administrative experience: Previous experience in sales is preferred. Experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar administrative support position is a strong advantage. Customer relationship management: Strong customer engagement and relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate professionally and provide responsive support to internal and external stakeholders. Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to handle inquiries, coordinate information across departments, and resolve issues effectively. Organizational abilities: Strong attention to detail, time management, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple requests while meeting deadlines and service standards. Problem-solving skills: A proactive and analytical approach to investigating order issues, identifying discrepancies, and coordinating appropriate solutions. Teamwork and collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment, build positive working relationships, and contribute to shared sales objectives. Independent working style: Demonstrated ability to manage responsibilities autonomously, exercise sound judgment, and maintain productivity in a remote working environment.
