This Sales Coordinator role will play a key part in supporting the India sales team and enabling the Regional Sales Leader to focus on customers, growth, and strategic priorities.   Key Responsibilities   Coordinate scheduling and logistics for India market visits - client and prospect meetings across Mumbai, Bangalore, and Delhi - ensuring the Head of Sales and India team are fully prepared with agendas and briefing materials   Track and follow up on action items from India-focused QBRs and steering committee meetings, holding cross-functional teams (Finance, Legal, Product, HR) accountable to agreed SLAs   Support the India team’s pipeline management by maintaining accurate Salesforce records for India opportunities, flagging stalled deals, and assisting with forecast submissions ahead of weekly and monthly reporting cycles   Coordinate India customer onboarding activities as INR billing goes live, liaising with Finance and Legal to ensure smooth contract execution and account setup   Own the TRAI/DLT and Telemarketer License milestone tracker - chasing internal and external stakeholders weekly to keep compliance milestones on track   Provide logistical and administrative support for India marketing events (e.g. Global Fintech Festival Mumbai, Vonage Roundtable Bangalore, NPSC-Tech Delhi), including attendee coordination, travel planning, and post-event follow-up   Maintain a central India expansion tracker consolidating key milestones across sales, compliance, product readiness, and headcount - giving the Regional Leader a single view of progress   Support hiring coordination for India sales roles in partnership with HR and TA   Provide administrative support to the Regional Sales Leader, including diary coordination, meeting preparation, travel logistics, expense support, and follow-up on key actions   Gather and consolidate market data, competitive intelligence, and pipeline insights to support the Head of Sales in building business cases and executive presentations   Provide lightweight operational support to other priority SEA/ANZ markets (Indonesia and ANZ) as capacity allows What We're Looking For   Required   2–4 years of experience in a sales support or sales operations role, ideally within a technology or SaaS company   Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace   Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously across a distributed team   Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders based in Singapore and across India   High attention to detail with a structured approach to tracking milestones, action items, and escalations   Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment, with discretion in handling confidential information (hiring, compensation, and commercial data)   Preferred   Prior experience in a coordination or operations role supporting a regional or senior sales leader in a multinational company   Familiarity with cloud communications, CPaaS , SaaS, or B2B technology sales environments   Exposure to cross- timezone collaboration across SEA/APAC markets   Why Vonage   Be part of a global technology leader with a growing footprint in SEA/ANZ.   Work closely with senior leadership and gain exposure to enterprise sales strategy.   Collaborative, inclusive, and high-energy team culture.   Competitive compensation and benefits package.   Opportunities for career growth within Sales Operations, Account Management, or Business Development. #LI-CK1 There’s no perfect candidate.
