Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, email outreach, professional networking, and managing selected APAC inbound inquiries. Conduct comprehensive market research to map target accounts and prospective clients across the financial sector, including insurance firms, hedge funds, banks, financial institutions, and consultancies. Qualify prospective business opportunities using the BANT methodology across multi-channel outreach campaigns. Collaborate with the broader sales team to craft tailored value propositions and pitch strategies for targeted prospects. Monitor market developments and industry events to conduct meaningful prospect discussions and inform regional marketing strategies. Utilise advanced research tools and sales platforms to identify and evaluate high-potential leads. Partner with Commercial and Account Managers to support pipeline generation and key account prospecting. Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect, lead, and opportunity records in Salesforce CRM. Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual performance targets.
1–3 years of sales development or prospecting experience in a B2B SaaS or technology environment, ideally targeting financial markets across APAC. Strong commercial understanding of financial institutions and the ability to engage credibly with senior industry stakeholders. Proficiency with sales technology stacks including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach.io, and Salesforce CRM. Strong drive, goal-orientation, and adaptability in a fast-paced sales environment. Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills. Proactive, outbound-focused mindset with strong prospecting discipline. Confident and professional demeanour when engaging executive stakeholders via phone, video, and in person. Strong copywriting abilities to craft compelling, customised sales messaging. Highly organised with strong time management skills and a proven ability to perform under pressure. Customer-centric approach with high professional standards. Eagerness to learn and advance a long-term career within a high-performing revenue team. Tech-savvy with a keen interest in market trends and disruptive technologies. Enthusiastic about contributing creative ideas in a fast-paced environment.
