Sales Development Representative

ABOUT THE ROLE Build pipeline for a B2B AI platform serving hospitality operators. As part of the sales team, you will connect with prospective customers, qualify their needs, and book meetings that help turn outbound conversations into revenue. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Prospect daily through cold calls, email, and social outreach, with a baseline of 100 or more calls per day.
• Use established outreach plays and refine them based on results.
• Qualify prospects, including executives and operators, by learning about their property operations, software, and guest communication challenges.
• Book qualified demonstrations and share customer feedback, objections, and promising segments with sales colleagues and company leadership.
• Test messaging and outreach sequences, and track conversion at each stage. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• At least 2 years of experience in sales development, including quota-carrying or high-volume outbound work.
• Experience qualifying prospects and booking meetings with executives and operators in enterprise accounts.
• Experience in a B2B SaaS startup and in a relevant sector such as hospitality software or AI; experience selling technical products is preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, sequencing tools, and dialers; Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Comfort making 100 or more outbound calls per day, strong phone communication, resilience, and a habit of sharing effective approaches with the team.
• A bachelor's degree. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS OTE (on-target earnings, base plus variable) is $90,000 to $140,000 annually, plus equity. Visa sponsorship is not available. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. LOCATION On-site, five days a week in San Francisco, California.
