ABOUT THE ROLE This is a high-impact SDR role on a fast-growing sales team, where you will own the full top-of-funnel for Spanish-speaking markets at an AI-powered B2B SaaS company. You will drive revenue directly by moving prospects from first contact through to qualified demo handoff, and you will have a clear path to closing deals yourself within months. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Qualify inbound leads from the marketing team daily, filtering for genuine fit and intent.
- Execute multi-channel outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and experimental channels to engage prospects.
- Build and iterate on outreach sequences using a hypothesis-driven approach, measuring results and improving continuously.
- Onboard new customers and ensure smooth handoffs to Account Executives.
- Contribute to shaping SDR processes and best practices as the team scales.
- Own the complete top-of-funnel experience for Spanish-speaking markets. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Native Spanish fluency with strong English communication skills.
- 1+ years of sales experience in outbound, telesales, or B2B SaaS environments.
- Demonstrated experience qualifying leads and running multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn).
- Experience building and testing sales sequences with measurable, results-oriented methods.
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS sales processes and customer onboarding workflows.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales engagement tools for lead management and outreach tracking.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with ownership of a defined sales funnel segment.
- Naturally competitive mindset, motivated by uncapped commission and performance-based rewards.
- Willingness to temporarily relocate to Vienna for 1 to 2 months to immerse in company culture.
- Experience selling AI or technology products is a plus, as is a track record of progressing from SDR to Account Executive. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Salary range: 45,000 to 70,000 EUR annually, plus uncapped commission. Visa sponsorship is not available. LOCATION On-site in Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain. A short-term relocation to Vienna, Austria (1 to 2 months) is expected during onboarding.
