Role Summary At Keystone, we are shaping the future of photonics wafer -level testing. As a pioneer in optical probes , we serve a strong customer base and deliver innovative solutions to leading companies in the photonics market. Our products are key enablers for optical links in AI and high -performance computing and are experiencing strong demand. In December 2025, Keystone became part of the FormFactor portfolio, strengthening its silicon photonics testing capabilities, with a particular focus on wafer -level testing for co -packaged optics (CPO). We are looking for a Sales Engineer to join our Customer Solutions team in Karlsruhe. In this role, you will work directly with customers to understand their technical requirements and translate them into suitable solutions and final products. You will manage customer opportunities throughout the sales process, prepare technical quotations, and act as a consistent point of contact for our customers. You will work closely with Application Engineering and other internal teams, directly contributin g to customer success and company growth. Your Key Responsibilities Understand customer requirements and translate them into product configurations Contribute to product roadmap development Manage customer opportunities and leads in the CRM system Prepare technical quotations and coordinate commercial and technical input with all stakeholders Support customers throughout the entire sales cycle, from pre-sales to order processing and invoicing Communicate customer feedback and requirements to relevant internal teams, including RnD, Application Engineering, and Operations What We Offer The opportunity to collaborate with leading companies in the semiconductor and photonics industries Flat hierarchies and a dynamic, fast-growing environment with excellent career development prospects A supportive and diverse team culture in a pleasant working environment in Karlsruhe Hands-on experience with cutting-edge photonics technologies Flexible working arrangements with partial remote work Competitive salary and bonus structure Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a technical field At least 2 years of Sales or Application Engineering experience in optical, photonics or similar fields Solid knowledge of optics and photonics, with the ability to understand and interpret technical specifications Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce Strong communication and organizational skills Very good written and spoken English Find more English Speaking Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow
