Oversee the EMEA sales pipeline from initial lead engagement through opportunity management, negotiation, and deal closure. Drive predictable revenue growth by monitoring pipeline health, improving conversion rates, and helping the team meet or exceed sales targets. Continuously optimize sales processes, tools, and methodologies to improve efficiency, consistency, and overall effectiveness. Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to align commercial priorities, share market feedback, and improve the customer journey. Maintain a strong understanding of the EMEA vacation rental and hospitality technology markets, including customer needs, industry developments, and competitor activity. Prepare accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and analytical insights for senior leadership to support strategic planning and decision-making. Requirements: At least 5 years of sales experience, including 2–3 years in a sales management or team leadership position, preferably within B2B SaaS. A proven track record of leading sales teams, achieving revenue targets, and delivering measurable commercial results. Experience in vacation rentals, property management software, hospitality technology, PropTech, or a related industry is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of EMEA markets, including their diverse business cultures, customer expectations, and commercial dynamics. Demonstrated success managing, motivating, and developing geographically distributed sales teams in a fully remote environment. Professional fluency in English and proficiency in at least one additional major European language, such as Spanish, French, or Italian. Experience using modern sales technology, including CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot, sales engagement tools, and team communication systems. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data, forecast accurately, monitor KPIs, and use insights to improve performance. Excellent coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to motivate individuals and align teams around shared goals. A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach to execution, problem-solving, and continuous process improvement. The ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and lead a team toward ambitious objectives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Benefits: Competitive compensation aligned with market rates in the country where you reside. Fully remote working arrangements, with the flexibility to work from your home or a coworking space within your country of residence. Stock options, allowing eligible employees to share in the organization's long-term success. Annual paid leave aligned with applicable local requirements and employment agreements. Country-specific benefits, which may include health insurance and pension provisions depending on location.
