Improve individual and team performance: Identify performance gaps, develop measurable coaching plans tied to key performance indicators (KPIs), and monitor progress to ensure continuous improvement. Manage recruitment and retention: Lead talent management activities, including interviewing, hiring, onboarding, developing, and retaining high-performing sales professionals. Forecast and analyze results: Monitor sales data, pipeline trends, and performance indicators to produce accurate forecasts, identify opportunities, and recommend resource allocation strategies. Build a high-performing team: Foster accountability, provide constructive and transparent feedback, navigate organizational change, and create a professional, motivated, and collaborative sales culture. Strengthen business partnerships: Support Account Executives in building valuable relationships with local wedding professionals and helping small businesses achieve sustainable growth. Requirements Sales experience: At least 3 years of strong performance in a revenue-generating sales role, with demonstrated success against ambitious targets. Leadership experience: At least 1 year of experience in sales management, team leadership, or a team lead capacity, preferably with responsibility for coaching and developing sales representatives. Full-cycle sales expertise: Proven experience managing the complete sales process, from prospecting and lead qualification through negotiation and closing. Coaching and performance management: Demonstrated ability to motivate teams, identify performance gaps, implement development plans, and hold individuals accountable for results. Sales analytics and forecasting: Strong understanding of sales KPIs, including appointment-setting rates, meeting attendance or show rates, and close rates, as well as experience managing pipelines and forecasting revenue. Communication and interpersonal skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, analytical, and relationship-building abilities, combined with strong emotional intelligence, discretion, and professionalism. Organization and adaptability: Exceptional time management, prioritization, multitasking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate change and maintain team momentum in a fast-paced environment. Technical proficiency: Experience with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce, is preferred. Education: A bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory. Remote collaboration: Ability to lead and engage a distributed team effectively, while participating in occasional in-person company or team events as needed. Benefits Competitive compensation: Annual base salary ranging from $85,000 to $90,000 USD , depending on location, experience, skills, education, and other relevant qualifications. Retirement savings: Access to retirement benefits to help support long-term financial security. Paid leave: Generous leave policies designed to support work-life balance and personal needs. Remote flexibility: A fully remote position within the United States, with no regular in-office attendance requirements. Team connection: Opportunities to participate in intentional in-person gatherings and team events that strengthen collaboration and professional relationships.
