Sales Manager

You Will: Identify new sales opportunities across brands and agencies and convert them into RTB House customers; Generate sales by handling all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting to close; Partner with technical and account management teams; Execute customer communications via telephone or email, in line with standards and procedures; Create formal offers and present them to potential customers; Deliver high levels of customer relationship management, satisfaction, and interaction; Report on the status of sales processes regarding both existing and potential customers; Represent RTB House in Conferences; Develop professional and technical knowledge by attending training sessions. Desired Experience:  Knowledge in sales frameworks and techniques; Experience in managing B2B relationships - preferably in advertising industry; It's necessary to be available to go to the office in Mexico city once a quarter; Native in Spanish with fluency in English (C1 level); Ability to identify and understand customer needs and requirements; Well-developed verbal and written communication skills; Bachelor’s degree; Interest in digital marketing/ e-commerce; Preferably experienced working in programmatic marketing environment; A curious spirit and a desire to constantly improve and refine business development tactics and strategies; Multi-tasking, high energy, resourcefulness; Positive, can-do attitude.
