You will design curriculum specific to construction workflows and our products, create training materials such as presentations and videos, deliver sessions to new and tenured reps, and provide one-on-one coaching through shadowing and feedback. You will also measure how well the training is working using data on ramp time, quota attainment, and rep feedback, then adjust the program as needed. This role requires hands-on sales experience, ideally in SaaS, along with solid knowledge of the construction industry and proven experience training or developing others. Ideal candidates should be comfortable using training platforms and tools, capable of producing video and multimedia content, and skilled at analyzing training metrics to improve programs. If you care deeply about results and want to build a sales team that actually wins, this role might be perfect for you.

Join us as we empower our customers to control their mixed assets on one comprehensive platform anytime, anywhere. Apply now!

Delivers training in classroom, virtual, and on-the-floor settings for both new and tenured representatives, adapting facilitation style to different experience levels and learning preferences.

Builds and maintains a documented library of training materials, playbooks, job aids, and assessments, with a defined review cadence so content never goes stale.

Owns training measurement end to end: tracks trainee progress, ramp time, quota attainment, and assessment results, identifies knowledge gaps, and adjusts curriculum based on what the data shows.

Conducts structured interviews with new reps at 30, 60, and 90 days to surface curriculum gaps and validate that training holds up against the realities of the job.

Partners with sales leadership, product, and the Employee Education Program Manager to keep training aligned with revenue goals, quota expectations, the product roadmap, and evolving construction market conditions.

Stays current on construction industry trends, competitor offerings, and modern sales methodology, and builds relationships with internal subject matter experts to keep training grounded in real practice.

2+ years of formal training, instructional design, or curriculum development experience is required, such as an L&D role, corporate trainer, sales enablement, online course design, or training program management.

Experience in or working knowledge of the construction industry, such as prior construction sales, construction technology, or hands-on industry experience, is strongly preferred.

Demonstrated experience building training content from scratch, including presentations, e-learning modules, facilitator guides, and training videos.

Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems such as Cornerstone, Docebo, Moodle, or Absorb, including course build, assignment, and reporting.
