Oversee production support and continuous improvement for enterprise Salesforce applications, ensuring reliability, usability, and operational effectiveness. Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints across multiple workstreams. Support enterprise deployment strategies, ensuring Salesforce solutions are scalable, performant, and aligned with long-term modernization objectives. Provide leadership, direction, and guidance to cross-functional project teams, promoting collaboration, accountability, and consistent delivery standards. Participate in client meetings, planning sessions, and program events, traveling to other locations as required. Requirements At least 10 years of experience in IT program management, project management, or a closely related field. At least 5 years of experience managing Salesforce programs or enterprise customer relationship management (CRM) environments. Proven ability to manage complex projects involving multiple workstreams, competing priorities, technical dependencies, and diverse stakeholder groups. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to foster collaboration across technical and nontechnical teams while maintaining accountability for project outcomes. Familiarity with federal contracting environments, government compliance requirements, and public-sector technology modernization is highly desirable. Experience supporting federal civilian agencies or Department of Homeland Security (DHS) programs is preferred. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
