What you’ll build:

The Quality Analyst Intern supports quality assurance activities across customer and partner support touchpoints. Working closely with the Support Engagement CoE team, this role provides hands-on exposure to quality frameworks, data analysis, and support operations — making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a foundation in quality assurance and service management.

Quality Assurance Support

  • Assist in conducting quality reviews of support interactions across customer and partner channels
  • Support the maintenance of scorecards, evaluation rubrics, and SLA tracking tools
  • Help identify quality trends and document findings for team review
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Customer & Partner Experience

  • Assist in gathering and compiling quality data
  • Support the team in ensuring quality standards are consistently applied across customer and partner channels
  • Help document and update knowledge base articles and support process guides

Reporting & Insights

  • Compile data for quality dashboards and regular team reports
  • Assist in preparing materials for business reviews and team meetings
  • Maintain trackers and logs related to quality improvement actions

Qualifications
