About The Role

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of search by combining technical SEO, AI visibility, data-driven optimization and digital platform excellence. Combining strategic leadership with hands-on execution and strong cross-functional collaboration, you will help position SEB Kort Group at the forefront of search across traditional and AI-powered experiences. We are looking for a Search Experience Manager to lead and develop our approach to SEO, AI visibility and digital discoverability. As our search expert, you will combine strategic direction with hands-on expertise. You will work closely with Marketing, Digital, UX, Technology and business teams to turn technical insights into clear priorities and practical improvements. With a strong focus on B2B customer journeys, you will help ensure that our brands remain visible, trusted and competitive as search behaviours continue to evolve. What You Will Do Own and develop our search experience strategy across traditional search, AI-powered search and LLM-driven discovery.
