Contribute to construction, renovation, and environmental design projects by recommending crime prevention through environmental design (CPTED) measures and safe workplace practices. Prepare professional reports, business cases, proposals, performance summaries, and recommendations to support management decisions, budget planning, and resource allocation. Collect and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate service effectiveness, support operating and capital budget proposals, and inform management reporting. Perform additional duties related to corporate security operations and organizational priorities as required. Requirements: Post-secondary education in investigations, business administration, municipal government administration, security management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience. Highly organized and self-motivated, with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to manage competing priorities and strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Microsoft Project, as well as familiarity with social media surveillance and electronic information management. Relevant professional certifications in investigations, security management, or related disciplines are considered an asset. A valid, non-probationary Ontario Class G driver's licence or an advanced-level equivalent designation.
