Maintain accurate sales forecasts, monitor pipeline health, and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously to achieve revenue targets. Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Legal, and other cross-functional teams to deliver a consistent customer experience and support enterprise sales initiatives. Contribute to sales process improvements and team projects that enhance commercial effectiveness, streamline workflows, and strengthen go-to-market strategies. Build a strong understanding of the product portfolio, competitive landscape, and enterprise buyer needs to position solutions effectively across the region. Requirements: At least 8 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with a proven track record of generating new business and expansion revenue within enterprise accounts. Demonstrated success managing complex enterprise sales cycles from initial prospecting and qualification through negotiation and contract execution. Strong strategic account management skills, including the ability to develop long-term customer plans, identify growth opportunities, and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders. Excellent prospecting, pipeline development, forecasting, and negotiation skills, with a consistent focus on achieving measurable revenue targets. Outstanding communication, presentation, and active listening abilities, with the confidence to engage executive-level decision-makers and understand complex business requirements. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize competing opportunities, manage multiple projects, and maintain effective follow-through. A collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to work effectively across Legal, Marketing, Product, and other internal functions in a dynamic environment. A customer-focused approach, combining commercial acumen with the ability to translate customer challenges into compelling value propositions. Experience selling identity verification, fraud prevention, or related technology solutions to enterprise customers would be an advantage. Previous success selling to fintech companies or financial services organizations would be beneficial. Familiarity with Salesforce and other sales enablement, customer relationship management, and pipeline management tools is a plus. A proactive, adaptable attitude and a commitment to continuous learning, professional development, and improving sales performance. Benefits: Competitive compensation: Annual base salary ranging from $130,000 to $180,000, plus commission. Comprehensive healthcare: Medical, dental, and vision insurance to support physical and mental well-being. Learning and development: A dedicated budget to support professional growth, training, and skills development. Health and wellness: A flexible health and sports budget that can be tailored to individual needs. Extended career break: Four weeks of fully paid sabbatical leave after completing five years with the organization.
